Fitness Program

Exercise and Fitness are critical components to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Working out in a gym or doing an exercise class can be intimidating. We offer a variety of fitness options and workouts suitable for all fitness levels including total body, strength and conditioning, HIIT, spin --take out spin, but maybe we can add running?  I’m sure Mike wouldn’t be opposed to coaching people on training for road races and running?? and others. All can be done from the comfort of your own home. All workouts are lead by fitness industry leaders who have coached group workouts for over 10 years.
