Mike Nekuda

Mike is driven by helping others see their true potential through health and fitness. He works with people guiding them in establishing their reason and purpose for living a healthy life. Mike inspires them through encouragement to stay focused on that purpose. You will often hear him say, “your purpose fuels your fight!” Not only does he live by those words, but he motivates those he works with to as well. 

 

Mike has been dedicated to fitness and athletics his entire life.  He was a three sport letter winner all four years in high school, as well as, a college track and field athlete. He is a graduate of Black Hills State and received a MS in Exercise Physiology from Adams State. He has coached several collegiate athletes and has been teaching group fitness classes for the past 5 years. 

Fun Facts:
Mike is a husband and dad of three. He enjoys mountain biking, hunting, hiking and family walks with their dog. He and his wife are dedicated to teaching their kids practical ways to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
