Wanda McIntosh

Wanda has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She is an expert personal trainer as well as a wellness motivator. She is the mother of 4 daughters, grandmother of 6 and in the best shape of her life. She has battled thyroid issues since the age of 28 but found early on the importance of prioritizing fitness and nutrition.

 

Her mission now is to cut through the noise and empower people to make educated health decisions that create sustainable solutions for lasting health and self confidence. If you have taken a class of Wanda’s, you know that she means business. She will push you to challenge yourself knowing we are all capable of doing more than we think we can. Plus, her 80’s hair band playlists are sure to motivate.

Wanda has a BSN in Nursing, a NASM (personal training certification) and is Fitness Nutrition certified.

Fun Facts: 
When not coaching or teaching fitness, you will find Wanda out on the trail riding horses and loves weekly roundups with her friends and family.
