Wanda's Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers with Avocado Slices

COOK TIME: 20 min (Grilling is recommended vs frying)

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound of Ground Turkey (93% lean)

1/2 - 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

3 cups of chopped, fresh spinach

Spices of choice: paprika, oregano, sea salt, pepper, Garlic salt or powder

1 Avocado pitted & sliced

2 TBS Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat grill

2. In a large mixing bowl, mix turkey, feta cheese, spinach, & spices of choice.

3. Handcraft into patties.

4. Place on grill

5. When finished grilling, put on plate, top with 2-3 avocado slices & drizzle creamy balsamic dressing over the top. Additional toppings that are great include tomato slices, spring greens, or grilled red onion.


**For a healthier version, make it a lettuce wrap instead of using a bun!
